I am currently working as a software engineer at Ubinetics India Pvt. Ltd.
My current work is a Common Access Stratum to integrate a GSM/GPRS and a WCDMA Access Stratum with a common 3G Non Access Stratum.This requires me to be familiar with both GSM/GPRS and WCDMA technology.
Besides this I read about mobile communications in general, with interest towards Wirless LAN, Irda, Bluetooth and Mobile IP.I would like to see my as a telecommunication/network engineer in the next 3 years with a clear understanding of networking and communication principles.
I yearn to pursue nothing less that a PhD at a top university in the United States and then work in a well known research lab or teach at an university.
